Pre-seasoned pork tenderloin left with a crispy crust, and juicy center. This one is pretty self-explanatory, and as easy as it gets! Pop the pork loin in the air fryer, and you are set.
No Explanation Needed…
…but this wouldn’t be a blog without one! The theme is always work smarter, not harder. I’m not here to blow your mind with new, creative recipes. I’m here to show you good products, and shortcuts to easy, healthy meals.
This is my go to meal when I just don’t want to cook anything. I keep an embarrassing amount of these Trader Joe’s peppercorn-garlic pork tenderloins in my freezer. See, I don’t live close to a TJ’s, so when I am passing by or plan to go, I stock up on my favorites.
You can use any pork tenderloin really. Many grocery stores carry these already seasoned in different flavors. I recently bought 4, yes FOUR, tenderloins in a pack from Sam’s for less than $15. Most of them made it to the freezer, but I made slow cooker carnitas with one. Just be mindful of what you are buying. I chose this TJ’s pork loin, because I trust the ingredients. It’s not the best, but it is better than most. I have a feeling others will contain lots of artificial flavors and sodium.
You NEED An Air Fryer
If you have not invested in an air fryer yet, you need to ASAP. It is a fool proof way to cook anything and everything. Plus, reheat your leftovers like they were fresh out the oven. I could write a whole post on air fryers, and maybe I will some day. There are quite a few to choose from:

Now For The Pork Loin, Are You Ready For It?
This has got to be the EASIEST meal ever. So, are you ready for it?
Cut the tenderloin in half (if you have a small air fryer like me), cook for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Flip halfway through and voila! I think I have to say cook until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees, so y’all don’t come at me later saying your meat is raw.
It is literally that easy. You will have a great, crispy coating with a juicy center. Test your patience and let it rest for about 5 minutes after removing from the fryer before you cut into the tenderloin. This keeps it from drying out, but I never have the patience for that.
Serve with some frozen vegetables, leftovers like me. or a side salad. Here is your 20 minute dinner with minimal effort and minimal clean up.
